When a foundation called Ski Star Foundation decided to jump into action right away to stretch their hands to give, it surely needs a mention.
Working non-stop in Chennai city, this Foundation, has reached out to over 1200 people at leprosy homes, a tribal village, special children homes and the disabled homes. Though their core focus is on science and technology, encouraging children to understand space technology and satellite launches, they decided to keep that work on hold and address the ground reality of feeding needy people during the pandemic. From providing soaps and sharing lessons on hygiene the Foundation was sensitive to the needs of the daily wage workers.
However, they feel all this work is stil, just the drop in the ocean and this drop in the ocean can become mightier when a lot of hands jump together.
