Dr. Nidhi is a Resident Doctor, Anaesthesia and Critical Care at Smt. Kashibai Navale medical college and general hospital, Pune. While the entire world is shook by the sudden occurence of the #coronavirus and the rage with which it has spread in India too, we have our medical frontline heroes who have come forward selflessly towards the patients and their profession. The protocols that the doctors follow during treatment of a covid patient like wearing the PPE for 8 straight hours without water, food or even a toilet break is something out of a common man’s imagination.
Yet, fighting all fears, challenges and stress, Dr. Nidhi advises everyone to follow the preventive guidelines that we have learnt even after the #lockdown. She rightly says that “#StayHomeStaySafe is not just a social hashtag, it is something to be implemented in your daily routine”
